Custom build Auston Healy by Ric Navaro our Austen Healy specialist, among other things Common ECM to use is the 1227747 and 1227730. This uses the 3 carbs but has injector plates mounted below them.
TBI 85 - 90
The TBI ecm used on most engine swaps and special projects is the 1227747 and the 1228747. The TBI harness that we offer will get you going on your project. They include all of the needed connections for the engine as well as 700R4 transmission if applicable. The ESC module has been relocated to the ecm area and there aren't any emissions plugs to contend with either so you can have the cleanest look possible. If you need egr and canister purge let us know.
TBI 1991-92
The ECM can be either 1227747 or 1228747 but the TPS is round and the IAC can be either square or flat, let us know by email if you have the flat so that the right connector is available. IF you have a 1993 ECM then you will need to step over to a 1994 type ECM and harness to run the 4L60 or 4L80E transmission. We do not offer a harness for the double BROWN ECM connector.

This is the ecm and drac module used for the 94-95 TBI. The DRAC or SPEED BUFFERis needed to get the trans to shift properly. Speed buffer module $110

These 2 harnesses will allow you to swap a 94 95 TBI engine and transmission. It uses the stock type DRAC module and the 16197427 or 16196395 ECM. These can also be used for transmission swaps on other engines, give us a call. Wiring Harness $290

1994-95 TBI with 4L60E or 4L80E
These harnesses are a must when using the electronic shifting transmission, great for conversions too. Look for the RED and BLUE connector ECM service number 16196395 or 16197427, these ar the numbers that had both the TBI and electronic transmission. Don't forget to grab the speed buffer from the donor vehicle. The ECM and speed buffer are located under and behing the glove box.
94-95 4L60E and 4L80E Swaps
People are switching to the electronic transmission behind any number of engines, TBI, TPI, LT1 4L80E and some are even using carbs. you will need a speed buffer module or the transmission will not shift. Listing for $110 or better yet, make shure that you pull it from the donor vehicle with the engine. ECM # 16196395 or 16197427

You may have a special one off harness that you need constructed for your project, give us a call and we will do what we can to help out. Extral length is not a problem either. Our typical length from the back of the engine to the ECM is 50-54 inches which is enough distance to reach almost anywhere.
